about me:

i found my own way to coaching through my recovery from physician burnout. i was tired of feeling tired. i was desperate to feel better.  i hired a coach and felt better right away. i eventually became a certified coach, then expert-certified and trauma-informed. I now am a full-time professional coach. I help women physicians become HAPPY in Medicine, their homes, and in their relationships.
